Our job is not yet done when you sign an employment contract with a candidate. We work with you in the planning of the induction phase. We pass on our insights into the personality of the candidate to you and advise you on how to manage the new hiree effectively. And we accompany you and the new employee in the critical initial phase of employment with regular follow-ups. So that nothing is left to chance!
