A well-formulated, attractive advertisement ist in most instances the most effective and efficient* method for generating high-quality candidatures. For each new mandate, we select the optimal media, be that print, web platforms or a combination of both. In certain situations, we may recommend a combined approach of a media campaign and direct search.
In cases with a high need for discretion, we choose, among others, the use of anonymous advertisements. Our experience has shown that intelligently formulated anonymous advertisements can satisfy the highest requirements for discretion and deliver excellent results!
*Advertised searches usually take six to ten weeks from campaign start to signing of an employment contract.
